These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Cliptocash platform as a creator. By creating an account, you accept all of these terms.
1. Purpose of the service
Cliptocash is a UGC creator network that pays for views generated by short videos published on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. The service connects creators with campaigns and automates performance tracking and earnings payouts. Cliptocash provides the technical tooling but does not guarantee any view volume or minimum income.
2. Creator account & eligibility
To use Cliptocash, you must be at least 18 years old, or have the authorization of a legal guardian, and provide accurate information when signing up. Each creator may hold only one account, linked to TikTok or Instagram profiles that they legitimately own. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.
3. Video submission & validation
You submit your videos through the platform so they can be linked to a campaign. Each video is reviewed by our team or automated tools before it is taken into account. No view is counted or paid until the video has been validated. A video that does not comply with the campaign rules or the platforms' policies may be rejected without payment.
4. Earnings
Earnings are calculated using the formula: validated views × RPM (revenue per thousand views) defined for each campaign. Accumulated earnings are paid out every Monday, via Stripe or via Whop, depending on the payout method you provided. Whop differs from Stripe, and you should know this before choosing it: the payment credits your Whop BALANCE, and you then withdraw it to your bank account from Whop yourself, subject to their own delays and withdrawal threshold. A minimum payout threshold may apply; below it, your balance is CARRIED OVER to the following week and is never lost. Five rules bound earnings, and they apply to every video: 1. A video must have been published less than 7 days before you submit it. Older videos are refused: Cliptocash pays for a post made for a campaign, not for a catalogue that is already online. When the publication date is unknown, the video goes through human review. 2. A clip stops being counted after 30 days. Views already counted stay paid; later ones no longer count. 3. Only short formats are accepted — Reels, Shorts and TikTok videos. Photo posts, carousels and long videos are refused at submission. 4. A video only earns from 1,000 validated views onwards. A campaign may set its own threshold, which then replaces this one; it is shown on your video. 5. At most 125,000 views are paid per video. This limit is the same for every campaign and cannot be raised by any of them. A campaign may additionally set a per-video earnings cap in euros, shown on your video as soon as it applies. A campaign may require your caption to mention the brand. The check is repeated daily: removing the mention after approval flags the video. Only validated, non-fraudulent views are eligible for payment.
5. Creator obligations
You agree to publish authentic, original content that complies with the terms of use of TikTok and Instagram. Any attempt to artificially inflate views (bots, click farms, purchased views, fraudulent engagement) is strictly prohibited and results in the cancellation of the related earnings. You must not publish any illegal, misleading, defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights.
6. Intellectual property & content license
You remain the owner of the videos you create and publish. By taking part in a campaign, you grant Cliptocash and the relevant advertiser a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce and distribute your content for the purpose of promoting the campaign. This license is limited to the campaign's purposes and to the duration needed to carry it out.
7. Suspension & termination
You may request the closure of your account at any time by writing to contact@cliptocash.com. Cliptocash reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these terms, view fraud, or behavior that harms the platform or advertisers. In the case of proven fraud, the corresponding earnings may be cancelled and not paid out.
8. Limitation of liability
Cliptocash strives to keep the service available and reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Cliptocash cannot be held liable for decisions, algorithm changes or account suspensions imposed by TikTok, Instagram or any third party. To the extent permitted by law, Cliptocash's liability is limited to the amounts actually owed for validated earnings.
9. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls, failing an amicable resolution, under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts. For any question about these terms, you can contact us at contact@cliptocash.com.
